London, January 2026 – Tourism Malaysia is delighted to announce its return to Destinations: The Holiday & Travel Show 2025, the UK’s largest and longest-running travel event, held in association with The Times and The Sunday Times. This premier event will take place at Olympia London from 29th January – 1st February 2026, marking the launch of Tourism Malaysia’s UK activity programme for Visit Malaysia Year 2026.
As the first major UK-facing activation of Visit Malaysia Year 2026, Tourism Malaysia’s presence at Destinations 2026 will showcase the country’s extraordinary diversity and inspire travellers to explore both its iconic highlights and lesser-known hidden gems.
Destinations is the UK’s essential event for travel inspiration, bringing together more than 600 travel brands, including over 90 tourism boards, alongside a dynamic programme of expert advice, immersive experiences, and a speaker line-up of more than 100 travel specialists. Visitors can also enjoy live cooking demonstrations and cultural performances, bringing global destinations vividly to life.
At the show, Tourism Malaysia will highlight the remarkable breadth of experiences available across the country — from the serene, turtle-rich beaches of the East Coast and lush rainforests teeming with wildlife, to the vibrant food scenes and historic charm of cities such as Kuala Lumpur. Together, these experiences position Malaysia as a destination that offers something for every type of traveller.
Visitors to the Tourism Malaysia stand will have the opportunity to engage directly with the expert team, who will be on hand to provide tailored advice and guidance, helping visitors plan memorable journeys across Malaysia.
Tourism Malaysia will be joined by key industry partners, including Malaysia Airlines, YTL Hotels, Borneo Adventures, and Odyssey World Tour Operator, who will share insights into travel options, accommodation choices, and bespoke touring opportunities — enabling visitors to design a Malaysian adventure perfectly suited to their interests.
Adding an extra touch of excitement, Tourism Malaysia is thrilled to announce an exclusive giveaway that promises an extraordinary Malaysian getaway.
